Right from the beginning, the quality of incoming materials is monitored for consistency in formulation for processing and design physical properties of the product. Once the compound has been prepared, it is tested for its physical properties and tries for confirmation of process ability subject to acceptance the material is released for production. At all stages of production go, no-go gauges, fixtures and digital measuring instruments are used to monitor dimensions, and the gauges are occasionally cross- checked with calibrated measuring instruments. Sizing, marking and final inspection is done on jigs and fixtures. Endurance and destructive testing on the finished products is performed regularly.
